At Orphikart, we want you to enjoy shopping with us. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please review our return and refund policy:

Eligibility for Returns: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if the product is unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its 

original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and safety reasons, earrings, hair accessories, and customized products cannot be returned.

Damaged / Wrong Product: If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund.

Refund Method: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
